Yuan-Gong Technology Co., Ltd. began as a woodworking business before strategically transforming into a specialized air hockey arcade machine. Our former business focus was on woodwork cost calculation; then, we shifted our specialization to iron and molding design development. We leveraged our expertise and resources to proactively execute R&D for transformational entrepreneurship.
After Yuan Gong was founded in 1995, it began focusing on air hockey design and launched its first self-developed product.
In 1999, the second new type of air hockey was developed and named Hockey 2000, featuring an integrated ABS frame, pioneering a new vision for air hockey design.
After the launch of Hockey 2000 in 2004, it received an enthusiastic response. Following that, we developed a children's version with the same frame design — Hamtaro — which immediately became a favorite among kids.
In 2006, this machine was designed with the iconic Ferrari red color scheme, creating a unique air hockey table that became the prototype for future aluminum-frame models.
In 2014, this model was designed as the largest machine to date, focusing on four-player competition. It ensures that players do not collide or get injured, while providing a spacious and comfortable experience without feeling crowded.
In 2016, this new model was specially designed for children. The compact and lightweight machine features the company’s mascot, Hachi, making it irresistible not only to kids but also to adults.
In 2017, with advancements in manufacturing technology, the company brought its mascot Hachi to life as a physical figure, placing it beside the machine to play alongside the players.
In 2018, when thinking of Western countries, fast food naturally comes to mind—and nothing is more iconic in fast food than French fries. This model, aimed at the Western market, achieved great success.
In 2019, to address a common drawback of air hockey—where players had to waste time retrieving the puck after each goal—our company specially designed this automatic puck return model to greatly enhance the playing experience.
